The Division of Inclusive Diversity, Equity, Access, and Accountability (IDEAA) is a reflection of the College’s commitment to providing an inclusively diverse campus community where our students, 工作人员, and 教师 can thrive. 我们的 path forward is defined in our vision and mission statements:
愿景: Through innovative programming and the coordination of 倡议 and resources, IDEAA will transform St. 玛丽’s College of 玛丽land into a nationally recognized institution known for implementing inclusive and equitable practices to achieve academic and/or professional success for all campus community members.

The building blocks of IDEAA help us align our work with the College’s strategic priorities.
